A Neighbourhood Watch “Block”
A BLOCK is a group of apartments/condos
within a housing complex OR other area within a community or neighbourhood.
|
Consider a block – not in the traditional row of houses
from one end of the street to the next.
It is very difficult for someone to observe the regular activities
surrounding the homes at the other end of the street. A Neighbourhood Watch Block is considered
your home, the home on either side of ours, the three homes across the alley
or back fence and the three across the street. |
